A focused downtraining session designed to help you release tension in the pelvic floor. Combining breathwork, gentle spinal mobility, hip opening, and softening pelvic floor cues, this class closes with yoga nidra for deep rest. Ideal for hypertonicity, pelvic pain, urgency or frequency driven by tension, postpartum recovery (with clearance), and somatic stress patterns. Not a strengthening or recruitment class.
